The Virginia Pumpkin Growers’ Association would like to announce the 2015 VA State Fair VPGA Booth “People’s Choice Pumpkin Award Winners.
First place– Seth McGuire, Montgomery Co
Second place– Moriah Marshall, Carroll Co
Third place– Ruth Fitzgerald, Nelson Co
Fourth place– Zach Dulaney, Montgomery Co
Fifth place– Leah Marshall, Carroll Co
The Virginia Pumpkin Growers Association also received an award for the 2015 booth – “JUDGES AWARD”

With 2,500 public votes cast for “the pumpkin they would pick”, the winners are: First place: Noah Fitzgerald, Second place: Ashton Hall, Third place: Zach Dulaney, Fourth place: Moriah Marshall, Fifth place: Harley Dove, Sixth place: Seth McGuire, Seventh place: Jenna Bostic, Eighth place: Leah Marshall

With over 800 public votes cast for “the pumpkin they would pick”, the winners are: 1st place – Seth McGuire, Christiansburg VA; 2nd place – Zach Dulaney, Christiansburg VA; 3rd place – Jenna Bostic, Newport VA; 4th place – Harley Dove, Christiansburg VA; 5th place – Ashton Hall, Christiansburg VA; 6th place – Jake Bostic, Newport VA. Seth and Zach, Harley and Ashton are grandchildren of the growers and operators with Brann & King Farms, Montgomery County. Jenna and Jake’s parents own Joe’s Trees & Pumpkin Patch, Craig County.
